The mini-grant application form can be submitted by individuals, grade levels/departments, schools or other school related groups. Requests should be returned to;
The NEF, P.O. Box 310104, Newington, CT, 06131-0104, by the 15th of September for review in October, or received by the 15th of February for review in March.

NEWINGTON TEACHERS PAYROLL DEDUCTION PROGRAM
Your deduction will be effective the first payroll after receipt of this form and will continue in force from year to year thereafter, until amended or revoked in writing by the employee.
